Basic 8-hr Administrator Training
The goal of this workshop is to meet health department requirements for first-time administrators and provide an overview of the fundamentals of the Administrator & Governing Body duties for Class A and Class B home care agencies; may also be taken to meet Annual Training requirements.
Each Certificate Workshop offers a four-part curriculum, with interactive discussions, presentations and case studies. Each participant receives a comprehensive manual and supplemental materials for their use. The curriculum includes:
