Learn about oversight of staff, how staff are educated and maintain their competence, how do you demonstrate that your employees and contractors are appropriately skilled? How do you define the nature and length of training for non-medical staff and their ability to perform particular tasks? What is the maintenance and development of their skills and competencies? How is the supervisory visit involved in skills development to maximize compliance and minimize deficiencies?
