HCPF AND DRA 2005 NOTICE FOR AGENCIES WITH $5 M or MORE

Implementing a compliance program is important to identify and prevent fraud and abuse for any entity in the health care at home industry.

The Department of Health Care Policy and Financing wants evidence of certain written policies and procedures in place that are readily available to all employees, contractors, or agents, by email on or before November 1, 2022.  This 17-page document with an Acknowledgement form meets the requirements of the HCPF request.
