Basic 8 Agency Leadership Pass – New for a Limited Time

One administrator can complete the training. A leadership team can implement it.

Home care compliance cannot rest with one administrator or manager.

Policies, staffing, training, scheduling, quality management, clinical oversight and governing-body decisions are often handled by different people. When those leaders do not share the same understanding of Colorado’s requirements, the gap between knowing and doing grows quickly.

The new Basic 8 Agency Leadership Pass allows one agency to provide CHC’s foundational CDPHE-approved administrator and manager training to the people responsible for putting compliance into operation.

Who might participate?

Your agency’s team may include the:

• Administrator or alternate administrator;
• HCA manager;
• Clinical manager or nursing supervisor;
• QMP coordinator;
• Owner or governing-body member;
• HR or training manager; and
• Scheduler or operations manager.

Not every participant is required to hold an administrator or manager training certificate. The purpose is to give the agency’s leadership team a common regulatory and operational foundation.

Introductory Agency Leadership Passes – Available to the first 20 purchasers

Up to five named participants — $795

Every participant completes the course individually, satisfies the course requirements and receives an individual certificate of completion.
